On Monday I returned from the most spectacular ten days in Thailand with my husband, to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, my birthday and a very belated honeymoon. It’s been about two years since I last took a break, a real break, and I can’t get over the ease I felt during our trip and after.
I’m a bit of a perfectionist and a workaholic, and it’s my own fault I’m so all over the place and stressed out a lot of the time. This holiday was a perfect time to get away from all of that and reflect on what matters, and how I can manage my time better. It also just fed my travel bug again. Honestly, there is nothing that makes me happier than getting away and seeing the world. Being able to experience that now with Malick made it so much more special.
But now, it’s back to the grind! I have my work cut out for me already of course, but I feel rested and ready to get it all done! I’ll be sharing some pics from my trip soon enough. For now, I hope you enjoy this colour bomb Lisa and I put together a few weeks ago.
