Last week adidas invited me, Lisa and a few other bloggers to preview their new collection as well as their future collaborations which are set to be released only in the second of the year. We were forbidden to photograph and share any of the latter, which was exciting in a stop-it-I-like-it kind of way. And while yes, I wear a lot of different sneaker brands, adidas Originals apparel and collaborations have always been unrivalled.
We were introduced to each respective range and then given the opportunity to style one look with the latest released pieces. Naturally I gravitated toward the Jeremy Scott gear, because more is more. And with the Stan Smith sneaker back in the game, he brought his leggy sister with him, in the form of the Stan Smith wedge sneaker – an unquestioned decision to complete the look I styled. We were given two models to choose from, and assisted by stylist, Bee Diamondhead, while Kristen Lee Moolman was the woman behind the lens.
In an ideal world, I would have done this all day, and styled a good ten looks perhaps? While we await the final image, take a look behind the scenes after the jump.
