Hi everyone! Welcome back! I know I’ve been unusually quiet, but I recently felt like I was losing my mojo a bit and decided to take a bit of a breather from everything online. Malick and I are still working hard at YOURS with our next drop of leather bags, and Fashion Breed eyelash operations are still very much underway too. The online distance was so good for me though. I had the best sleep I’ve had in months! And now that I’m easing myself back into things again I find myself feeling motivated and as a result struggling to sleep once more – it’s so hard to turn my brain off at night when I feel so ready to take on the world.
Anyway, moving onto this outfit, I was pretty into this little layered combo! But more than anything, I was into the way these Kally eyelashes from my line completed the whole look. They’re the style everyone emails me about – check the close up shot two images down and take a look at that crazy double-layering :) A delayed thank you goes out to everyone who wished me well on this venture so far. I can’t give you all an availability date just yet because so much needs to be finalised, and that initial Instagram I received was essentially my samples and I was so proud of the result and quality that I basically couldn’t keep my mouth shout and just HAD to tell you guys straight away.
Lastly, I received a few amazing emails from you guys this past week, and again I want to say thank you. As weird as it sounds, six years on I still tend to forget how many of you see the things I say and do online, and to be told I can inspire you is a truly humbling feeling! And on that note, I totally cried the other day when I saw that my personal favourite blogger and inspiration, Kenza Zouiten, got engaged. I literally messaged three people because in my online mind she’s actually one of my best friends. I met her in London when we were both brought over by adidas as part of the Rita Ora influencer group, but I was so star struck I literally didn’t talk to her at all because I couldn’t trust my inner fan girl to play it cool. How lame? Haha.
Okay, I’m done blabbing. It’s 2:15am and I should probably go and sleep.
