i.) I welcomed a few new items into my wardrobe lately, and feeling the need to talk about each one. I recently attended a decadent. five-course sit-down dinner with Elizabeth Arden South Africa to celebrate the launch of their new Untold Absolu fragrance. We each received a bottle of the perfume, engraved with text of our choice. With my wedding approaching super fast, I had them engrave my new married name on the bottle, which made me that much more excited for my big day! I genuinely love the fragrance. It’s a sweet and girly scent with vanilla notes, which is at the top of my perfume preference list. It lasts long, and if you’re a fan of fragrances like Chanel’s Mademoiselle, Thierry Mügler’s Womanity and Britney Spears’ Fantasy, you’ll love this one.

ii.) I’m underwear pre-gaming quite a bit before the wedding. This babydoll with matching knickers is the second set I picked up from the underrated underwear range, Temptations. I mean, how cute?

iii.)I picked out these Versace shades at Sunglass Hut, after a solid hour or so in store. Summer is on its way, and I couldn’t decide on whether or not I needed something simple or statement. My more-is-more tendency took over and these studded Versaces are the latest addition to my growing collection.

iv.) I finally have a pair of Salsa jeans! I say finally because we don’t realise how blessed we are that this Portuguese brand has finally graced our shores at Edgars stores. My dear friend, Leonor, owns about twenty pairs (maybe more), because of the wonders their unique pockets and yoke do to perk up your butt. Also, 100% cotton denims are always a win when it comes to quality.

v.) Lastly, I picked up this concealer palette from Inglot. With my make-up course about to wrap up, I’m slowly stocking up my kit, and I’ve been itching to make use of Inglot’s Freedom System. The Freedom System basically allows you to pick the size of your palette, and the shades you want inside it. The product connects to the palette with a magnet, so when you run out of a shade, you can pop out the old shell and simply replace it.
