Shooting this look was a total nightmare. The wind kept going up my dress causing a huge air bubble and making me look like a pinstripe cream puff overall. These pictures were literally all we could capture, the rest all feature me eating my hair and pulling my skirt down :’)
On another note the day is finally here! I’m talking about Leonor arriving from Portugal. I can’t even begin to explain our bond, my excitement or how much I’ve missed her. I’m counting down the hours until she lands, then straight from picking her up at the airport we’re headed to Hermanus for the weekend. She’s never been, and let’s be honest I’m forever in need of a little holiday. I’m hoping to squeeze in a Leopard’s Kloof hike to the waterfall too, it’s super easy and if you’re ever around Hermanus/Kleinmond/Betty’s Bay, I highly recommend it.

What even was life before puffy sleeves and layering? They’re both trends I’m loving right now firstly because they’re super cute, obviously and secondly because they’re modest-friendly in the best of ways. This look is also super easy to dress down with a pair of espadrilles or gladiator flats.
