It’s been seven days of Ramedaan so far, and I can’t believe how fast it has gone. Went to have a delicious breakfast this past Sunday at Camps Bay Retreat (ie: let’s stuff our faces before the Fast).
It was our first time to this B&B, a large manor house discreetly nestled in the mountain. We had breakfast on the porch, overlooking the gardens and the ocean, followed by a walk in the huge tranquil grounds. The food was good, service was great and best of all it was quiet. I like that the chances are zero to none that you will see someone there that you know, I’m so over the “hot spots” in Cape Town.
Couldn’t think of a better way to have spent a Sunday afternoon.
