My last night in Cape Town was spent celebrating my darling Zorah’s birthday, and she treated us girls to an amazing evening of sunset dinner and girl talk at Shimmy Beach Club. A lovely way to get in some final QT laughing with my favourite girls.
Looking at this makes me miss Cape Town a lot again. But I healed my heart shortly after with a weekend in beautiful Berlin, and I have four days in Bangkok to look forward to this coming weekend. Whenever I travel the first thing I immediately ask is “Is there a market anywhere around here?” I don’t know why they fascinate me so much, but either way I can’t contain my excitement knowing I’ll be going to Chatuchak Market in Bangkok; only the biggest market in the world! I’m so keen to sweat in the humidity and be famished with bargains in hand. And I’m supposed to be saving this month. Sigh.
… Clearly I have a lot to share with you. Now all I need is to find the time!
