Hello! And hi hi Fake Monday and another short week! I had the loveliest Easter weekend, husband and I ventured out to Tulbagh to witness my friends, Keagan and Greg, tie the knot! It was such a beautiful day filled with love, and I was only too happy to be doing the make-up for the bride and the women in her family. She truly made the most beautiful bride in a stunning dress by Pronovias, and watching the groom cry when he saw her for the first time (actually he started before she even walked in the room) – was priceless! It’s honestly my favourite part in any wedding. There’s nothing like that moment seeing your new spouse for the first time on your big day… ah! <3
We stayed overnight and it was the cosiest getaway with my man in our little cottage on the farm! If you don’t follow Keagan and Greg’s blog, Gold Creatures, you totally should be – find them here.
On another note, I FINALLY found my venue for my next CPT blog workshop! But… I’m also helping in the planning of two other NB events and they’re all happening over the next month. My head is in a SPIN and events are so not my strong point! Not in terms of execution, but in terms of thinking outside of the box, contacting everyone that I need to arrange things with and not procrastinating. The worst part is that I’m so so fussy I can’t actually enlist help because I’d probably just get more annoyed. I’d rather stress myself to tears :’)
Anyway, I’ve got to get done for my weekly content meeting with the A Fashion Friend. A shorter week sadly means cramming a full week’s work into less time. And there’s so much I want to do over the next few days… SIGH! But let’s get going!
