Happy Tuesday my loves! If you’ve been keeping up with my social media these last few days you’ll know myself and Malick headed out on an epic road trip with Sunglass Hut’s team, their content team and one of my favourite local rappers, Moozlie, and her crew! The road trip kicked off in JHB originally with other influencers, and headed to Durban, where Mals and I joined. We then drove to Coffee Bay, East London and we arrived in PE last night. I was super stoked to have gotten a glimpse at Grahamstown too, I’ve always wanted to visit for their arts fest, and I had no idea the town was so pretty! The drive through Transkei is really what captured my heart though. This trip was so special in so many ways. We were a group of around twenty people I think, and it was amazing seeing so many parts of our country I’ve never seen before, and making new friends with all these cool kids!
I’m super sad to be headed back home in the next two hours, but I’m having major separation anxiety from my fur baby, and I heard he’s crying for me back home too. The road trip is going to be continuing all the way to Cape Town where a few other influencers will be coming and going along the way, and then we’ll all meet up again at Shimmy this Saturday for the Cosmo party where Moozlie will be performing.
