Hi hi from Jozi!
I arrived yesterday, and along with Raya, Thithi, Trevor and the Sunglass Hut team, we will be covering Mercedes Benz Fashion Week for the Inner Circle blog as well as our own platforms.
I always love Johannesburg, but this has already been my favourite trip to date, flu and all! I very unexpectedly met so many readers last night, and got to see my Instagram fashion friends, who I made a point to talk to and feel up a bit since I haven’t seen most of them for over a year.
I’m about to drug myself with Med Lemon and ginger tea now, curl up in this wonderful hotel bed, reply to some emails and watch TV until Inge gets here and I have to get ready for this evening’s shows. Last night I reviewed Marianne Fassler’s show for Sunglass Hut, which and for tomorrow’s posts I’ll be covering Gavin Rajah and Ruald Rheeder.
As for this look, it’s definitely my simplest ensemble for the next few days. What do you guys think?
